I help individuals and teams align who they truly are with how they show up in the world. Through our work together, they “find their voice,” striking a comfortable balance of openness and professionalism. I also guide them on how to find and tell their most compelling human stories.

The Process

How It Works

I start by asking people I work with probing questions (the documentary filmmaker in me) to uncover the experiences and influences that have shaped them. These become their “storytelling pillars.”

We then work together to turn those “pillars” into stories their audience will find most relatable, given the client’s goals and the platform: LinkedIn posts and videos, internal messaging, board presentations, keynotes, articles or other forms of communication.

People find this kind of storywork surprisingly revelatory, empowering and inspiring.

What’s most meaningful is the shift people often feel from within. The freedom that comes from letting our true selves shine through in everything we do, and the fullness of navigating our interactions with heart and authenticity. And oh, yes, of course, greater ease and success in telling stories that move and engage others.

I tailor each engagement to a client’s goals, from one-on-one sessions with executives to immersive team workshops. My work blends storytelling craft and deep listening to unlock stories and ways to express them that are genuine, clear and human.
